When interest rates are falling, you often want to quit your high-rate contract in favour of a lower rate one.
But even when rates are rising, there can be reasons to break a fixed-rate deal such as unexpectedly selling the underlying property.

Our Break Fee Analyser will give you an estimate to help you decide whether it would be profitable for you to break your fixed-rate mortgage. This analyser will not work with interest-only loans, it will only be able to assess principle and interest loans.
